Diamantes and bows - poor service

i booked this company for my wedding 29/09/12 i booked chair covers, navy satin sashes, gold diamante buckles to go on the sashes & a three tier fruit, chocolate & sponge cake....helen turned up late to our reception venue...she left not completing the room leaving two of our tables without covers. She bought organza sashes which wasnt what we ordered...our cake had finger prints in the icing and memo board pins stuck in it for decoration....it was so dry it couldnt be served to our guests. Helen advised my venue her husband would be returning with the extra covers...he never returned she ignored calls from my venue...i emailed wanting & explanation for the poor service..she sent a really shirty email not even apologising & promised a refund...that was a month ago she has since ignored my emails, deleted me from her facebook pages & we still have no refund....Dont use this woman she is a total joke!!!!!!
I have since heard this company have now gone into administration!!

We booked with wedding dreams by Helen based in Coventry for our wedding on 3rd november she was to provide everything the chair covers sashes swagging back drop pretty much the entire decoration I spoke to her 2 days before our wedding just to confirm all was good and she was ok to set up at 5pm on the 2nd I was told all was in hand and not to worry on the 1st of November I received an email at 330 in the afternoon saying the company was I. Liquidation and she wouldn't be attending nor would there be any communication on her part no phone email fb nothing I had less than 24hr to re arrange our entire decoration. From what I have been able to find now on other website I have seen she is a heartless thief who repeatedly ruins people's weddings she and her partner should be ashamed of them selves you nearly ruined my day although you have affected our honeymoon as I had to dip into honeymoon spending money

Cowards and fraudsters

I too have had the displeasure of dealing with Helen & Matt. They run 3 companies that I know of at the minute Wedding dreams by Helen, Diamantes & Bows and Berrys Chair Covers. Just to let you all know that I have done some research on this pair and they know exactly what they are doing! Helen is no longer Helen Mornington as she pretends. She married Matthew on 31 July 2010 when she then became Helen BERRY. I ordered a package from them last year for my wedding in a few weeks, but after seeing many bad reviews and then she had closed all of her pages down I asked for a refund. It took a few weeks but we were persistent and also visited her twice, we eventually got our refund. Helen did tell me that they have not gone into administration but they are having another baby and no longer wish to have this business....although they still wish to have your money!! Please stay away from this company.

Also to the admins on this website....you still have their page Berrys chair covers active. You might want to remove them.

i too used wedding dreams by helen and they totally messed up my wedding day i have on various occasions been advised i will be getting a refund - does anyone know how i can get this refund back and how do i contact there legal council ??????
