The last two weeks saw the weddings of Laura & Will and Carol & Dave. They both choose the beautiful Seaside blue colour scheme but we made sure the finishing touches distinguished the two receptions.
Laura & Will married on 30th July which was one of the hottest days of August so far! The guests arrive by boat and waited for the bridal party. Laura had a beautiful cowl back dress, scattered with diamante which glittered in the sunshine and the men wore waistcoats and blue ties to match the wedding decor. At the reception they had a surprise Skype video message presented to them before they did their speeches from Will’s Dad who sadly couldn’t be with them on the day. They chose to follow their Greek starters with a choice of three dishes Kleftiko, Seaside Chicken & Briame. The end of the evening saw all the guests enjoying themselves greatly, joining in with our professional Greek dancers and they finished off their night with a surprise firework display.
Carol & Dave married on 7th August and offered their guests a full wedding day experience. The morning saw the whole wedding party go on a swimming cruise before heading back to their hotels after lunch for a siesta and to get ready! At 5.30pm they boarded the boat again and cruised over to Seaside together with the bridal party. Their reception was decorated with starfish to compliment the decoration of their wedding cake. Their guests enjoyed a range of Greek starters and chicken souvlaki by special request of the wedding couple! They too had a surprise firework display for the guests and ended the evening by giving their guests sparklers to wave them on their way.
